2. Design Consultation
Meet with our design consultant to assess project feasibility, including costs, structural needs, and council requirements. Gain a clear direction for your extension.
3. Preliminary Design & Approval
Review floor plans, 3D concepts, and cost estimates. Once satisfied, authorise us to prepare architectural and structural drawings for council submission.
4. Council Approval & Agreement
After a site visit and working drawings are completed, we’ll submit for council approval. Once approved, review and sign the final construction agreement. By this point, the price will have been confirmed, and there will be no hidden surprises. With everything in order, we can proceed confidently.
5. Construction & Completion
Watch your extension take shape as our skilled team builds your new space. After final inspections, receive your occupation certificate and enjoy your newly extended home!
